- Service Delivery: To generate, display, and sync parking tickets in real time.
- Account Management: To authenticate and manage your agent or admin access.
- Analytics & Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and enhance app features.
- Legal Compliance: To respond to lawful requests under PECA 2016 and PDPB 2023 (e.g., breach notifications within 72 hours).
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
- Service Providers: Data may be shared with hosting providers, payment processors, and analytics services—under strict contracts.
- Legal Obligations: Data will be disclosed to authorities as per PECA 2016 and the forthcoming PDPA.
- No Selling of Data: We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing.

- Ticket Data: Retained until latest sync by the agent.
- Account Data: Retained until you delete your account.

Under the Draft Personal Data Protection Bill 2023, you have the right to:

- Withdraw Consent: Revoke your consent anytime where applicable.

8. Children’s Privacy
Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them. If we learn that we have, we will delete it immediately.
